easyFBT 2025 update (April 2025) is now available

One Plus One Solutions Pty Limited is happy to announce that the easyFBT 2025 forms update (version 2025.1.0.5) is now available for download. This release includes the final 2025 ATO Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) Return form, which you can print as a paper form for manual submission to the ATO or submit electronically using the Electronic Lodgement (SBR) Interaction Manager.
easyFBT login authentication system
The ATO requires any software that connects to the Standard Business Reporting (SBR) system must provide a comprehensive login system to help protect users sensitive tax data. Each time you start easyFBT you are required to login to the application.
IMPORTANT
The easyFBT software login is separate to your easyFBT website login (if you have one).
Shared user logins must NOT be used. Each person logging into easyFBT must have a unique user login and only use that to access easyFBT.

How to update your existing easyFBT 2025 software
Every easyFBT installer includes the full software release for that product year. If you’ve already installed an earlier version of easyFBT 2025, simply download the latest installer file from the easyFBT 2025 folder on the Downloads page. Then, run it on all computers where easyFBT 2025 is installed.
Notes
The installation won’t affect your existing 2025 entities or any user’s personal settings.
Even so, we recommend backing up your entities before starting any easyFBT software installation, just to be safe.

To lodge your FBT Return form electronically, you’ll need a valid machine credential for each ABN you’re submitting.
