Electronic Lodgement (SBR) Interaction Manager - Exit Code 6 - Operations Problem

If you receive an Exit Code 6 - Operations problem (check operating environment) error on an interaction you make within the Electronic Lodgement (SBR) Interaction Manager then you will need to first ensure that you have the latest product version available for the applicable FBT year per the following:
Product Year Required Version (or later)
easyFBT 2020 2020.1.0.8
easyFBT 2021 2021.1.0.4
easyFBT 2022 2022.1.0.11
easyFBT 2023 2023.1.0.6
easyFBT 2024 2024.1.0.10
easyFBT 2025 2025.1.0.6
If you do have the latest software version for the applicable FBT year, as per the above table, then if you still receive an Exit Code 6 - Operations problem (check operating environment) error you may need to configure your proxy server (if your organisation uses a proxy server) and/or ensure that some Whitelist URLs are added as discussed in the following blog post:
